Self Defence for civilians

Thea ASALT System was conceived by one of our most valuable professionals, with an impresive field experience in special forces units, with over 2000 succesful missions.

The system is composed of special courses for security guard companies, courses for police oficers and courses for civilians. Each of these are based on specific tactics and techniques, phcyhological training, realistic concept for the actual expericence.

What is the difference between martial arst and self defence techniques?

Martial arts and combat sports are an excellent way of developing the spirit, training physical competences, spending a lot of energy, but do they realy help us in a real-life confrontation? Do these help us when facing imediate danger? When we need to protect our girlfriend, mother, children or friends? When there are no referees, scoring cards, rules, tatami or ring? When we are stuck in an elevator, in stare cases or when we meet the burglar in the door steps, after he has poisoned the family dog? When he has a knife, gun or other kind of weapon? Do you realy think then there is time for favourite techniques or entering the guard?

Did you ever feel fear? Did you ever feel death close to you? Do you know how your body reacts when adrenaline and dopamine are flooding it? When the brain and the body block due to fear?

All these have nothing to do with martial arts, belts or certificates, diplomas or medals... Then there are only three options: be amazed, run or fight!!! And man, if you don't have a choice, FIGHT ... but learn how to realy fight efficiently, because you only have a few seconds for that!

And those seconds make the difference between a victim or a winner, sometimes between living or dying!
